Menu digitalization · Cobourg, Ontario
I take the menu you already have and rebuild it as a fast, sharp web menu with its own QR code. Most go live in a day or two. No apps to download, no monthly fees, nothing to lock you in.

Loads fast and reads sharp on the phone in your customer's hand. No pinching, no zooming.
A QR code styled to match your place, plus print-ready signs for the table and the window.
Table tents, counter signs and a print-ready PDF menu you can hand out or email whenever.
One tap to call, get directions, open Google, follow you, or jump to your ordering platform.
Every menu comes with a simple admin site. Change a price, rename a dish, or add and remove items yourself in seconds, with no monthly fee.
No accounts to set up, nothing to learn. Send it over and get a finished menu back.
Text me a photo, forward a PDF, share a link, or hand me a printed menu. Blurry pictures are fine. I work from whatever you have.
I retype it, lay it out properly, make it quick on phones, and design your QR code. You see a draft and get your changes before anything goes live.
You get the link, the QR code, print files and anything else in your package. Ready for the table, the window and your Google page the day it's done.
Average turnaround is 1 to 2 days. Simple menus are sometimes finished the same day. You always get a clear timeline before we start.
This is a working sample for a made-up spot called The Copper Kettle. Tap through the sections the way your customers would, then picture your food on it.
Same service, three completely different designs. A loud comfort diner, an elegant ramen bar and a wood-fired pizzeria, with their own fonts, colours and layouts. Yours would be its own thing, too.
1 Waffle Basket · with real maple
Every basket lands on a fluffy buttermilk waffle with a side of hot honey.

These are sample menus made to show design range, not client endorsements. Yours is built around your food, your prices and your brand, in a look that matches your place.
A digital menu will not run your kitchen for you. It does take a pile of small daily headaches off your plate.
No squinting at a photo of a laminated page.
One scan and the menu is up, at the table or from home.
Drop the link on Google, Instagram, Facebook or your site.
A tidy, branded menu makes a strong first impression.
Change prices, names and items yourself from your admin panel, any time.
Less money redoing menus every time something shifts.
Clear sections and tabs make a long menu easy to move through.
You text me directly. No ticket queue, no far-off agency.
You own the menu. Add updates only if you want them.
If you serve food and your menu lives on a photo, a PDF or a chalkboard, this is built for you.

Also great for seasonal restaurants and any place still working off outdated menu photos.
No contracts. No forced monthly fee. Pick the one that fits and you own the result.
For smaller cafés, food trucks, takeout and simple menus.

Every menu comes with its own admin panel, so you can update prices, rename dishes, and add or remove items yourself whenever you want. There is no monthly fee to keep your menu online. If you would rather hand a change to me, or want a seasonal refresh, here are two optional add-ons.
Would you rather I make a change for you? Send it over and I will handle one update, with no subscription.
Buy an updateEvery three months I refresh your menu for the season: new specials, seasonal items, and a look that fits the time of year. Billed quarterly, cancel any time.
Start seasonalI build digital tools for a living, based right here in Cobourg. Menusmith is me helping the local food spots I actually eat at swap blurry menu photos for something their customers can read on a phone.
The person who designs your menu is the same one who answers your texts and makes your changes later. No account managers, no ticket number.
Still wondering about something? Send it over, happy to answer before you commit to anything.
Most menus go live in 1 to 2 days. A simple menu is sometimes done the same day. Larger or more complex menus can take a bit longer, and you always get a clear timeline before we start.
Whatever you have. Photos, a PDF, a Word or Google doc, a link to your current menu, or a printed copy you snap a picture of. If it's readable, I can work with it.
Yes, that's one of the most common ways people send menus. Even a few phone photos of a laminated page or a chalkboard work fine. I retype and reorganize everything for you.
No. The Starter and Professional packages give you a hosted mobile menu link and QR code with no website needed. A one-page website is there in the Restaurant Rework: Website Package if you want one later.
No. Every package is a one-time cost with no contract and no forced subscription. Update plans exist if you want them, but they're completely optional.
Your menu lives on a hosted link I set up and keep online for you, with no monthly cost. The design and content are yours to keep. Want to move it later or use your own domain name? I'll point it there, or hand you the files so you can take them anywhere.
Yes. Send changes any time. Single updates start at $15, or add a small monthly plan if you change the menu often. Your included-update window covers minor changes at no extra cost.

I provide print-ready files: QR-code signs, table tents and a print-ready PDF menu on Professional and up. You can print them yourself or send them to any local print shop.
No problem, big menus are where clean organization helps most. Very large or multi-page menus may take a bit longer or need a small add-on for extra pages, and I quote that clearly before starting.
The Restaurant Rework: Website Package covers a polished one-page site. For a larger, multi-page website I'm happy to put together a custom quote, just tell me what you have in mind.
Tell me a bit about your spot and send whatever menu you've got. You get a timeline and a clear price back, usually the same day.
Most take a day or two. Send yours over and let's make it something you're glad to hand a customer.
